Almost.....i almost closed....

What an adventure yesterday!
Brought my buyers for viewing at SK district at Blk2xx.
Its a well reno, well kept 5 room flat which my buyer likes it alot. Unblocked and high flooring as well.

Well, due to high demand in the property market, and of cos, of the virtues of the unit as stated above, it attracted 4 groups of buyers, China couple, Indian Couple, local chinese couple and my buyer for a 2nd view of this unit in the evening. So to be fair for everyone who came for 2nd viewing, Seller's agent decided to do bidding auction so that highest offer will eventually get this unit.

After discussion with my buyer, we eventually offer 65k as our best price offer.
According to seller's agent, seller actually prefer to sell this unit to my buyer...coincidentally, both seller and my buyer have the same surname and same dialect group. But who knows, both China couple and my buyer offered same amt, and eventually, China couple up the COV to another 12k which is 77k COV!!! My buyer gave up....
China people are cash rich man! how can the local or Malaysian PR fight with them?

I almost close the deal man! Arghhhhh...pity my buyer! They been searching their Dream House for long!

Although my commission will be higher with high COV, but seeing young Singaporean having to fight for a roof over their head with foreigners....my heart really goes out to them! We are Singaporean, don't we have the rights/priority to have a roof over our head in our own land, Singapore?!
